Responsibilities:
- Perform Laptop hardware diagnosis and troubleshoot on the defective unit
- Dismantle/Assembly computer system to do repair on necessary parts
- Handling draw parts and return parts
- Update repair status
- Responsible for project work and ensure compliance with customers’ policies, processes and procedures are met.
- Responsible for routine customer enquiries and providing prompt and good service.
- Testing software run full test make sure full working condition.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least ”O” Level or Higher Secondary/”A” Level/ITE or Diploma in Electronics or Computer/IT or relevant education certificate.
- 2 years above of relevant experience in IT Support position with trouble-shooting skills.
- Technical knowledge in Windows OS, MS Office Suite, and other common desktop applications
